Handmade with love, these Easter cards are a delightful way for little ones (and grown-ups too!) to spread some springtime cheer. Joyful to make and full of charm, they’re perfect for gifting to family and friends.
What you'll need:

A5 card in light blue or any pastel shade
White card (approx. A6 size)
Paint (acrylics, watercolours, or pens)
Paintbrushes
Pencil
Scissors
Glue
How to:
1. Create Your Card Base

Fold your A5 card in half to form the base of your Easter card.
2. Paint Your Easter Picture

On your piece of white card, draw an oval that fits nicely on the front of your folded card. You can create a paper template first to get the perfect size and shape.

Inside the oval, paint a sweet Easter scene. We chose yellow chicks and brown bunnies nestled in green grass, but feel free to get creative!

Let the paint dry completely, then carefully cut out your oval shape.
3. Decorate the Card Base

Place your painted oval in the centre of your card front and lightly trace around it with a pencil.

Remove the oval and paint small dots around your pencil line to create a scalloped border effect.

Decorate the rest of the card with additional details—white polka dots, tiny flowers, or even mini carrots. Leave everything to dry.
4. Assemble Your Card

Once dry, glue your painted oval neatly into place, lining it up with the dotted border.
Now your handmade Easter card is ready to be filled with heartfelt messages and shared with someone special!
Happy crafting and Happy Easter!
